Qualifications

• Open availability (AM, PM, Overnight) required.
• Strong guest service orientation and leadership skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Handle guest mail and messages per procedures.
• Know hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Answer switchboard with proper etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist AGM/GM with yield management.
