Job summary
Concord Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor at Hyatt House Jersey City. You will lead the front desk team to deliver guests excellent service and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs. This is a full-time role with a $24 per hour pay rate and open availability requirements.

Qualifications
- Open availability (AM, PM, Overnight).
- Provide guests excellent service and manage a team at the front desk.
- Maintain brand standards and respond proactively to guest needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
- Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
- Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates and amenities.
- Take reservation requests efficiently.
- Answer switchboard per telephone etiquette standards.
- Block rooms and handle special requests.
- Monitor room availability and assist with yield management.
- Handle safe deposits by guests per procedures.
- Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
- Know emergency and security procedures.
