Bentley Legacy Group in Dallas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet and register guests, provide outstanding service during their stay, and settle accounts at checkout. You will be the first face guests see and the main point of contact for needs.

The role requires a courteous, proactive approach, English fluency, multitasking ability, and comfort with computer systems. Hospitality experience is helpful, with opportunities to train new staff in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive hotel-related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• College coursework helpful
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Able to work with little supervision
• Detail-oriented and able to problem solve
• Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Greet and register guests with a smile.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and special promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities and local attractions.
• Operate Front Desk computer system.
• Receive, log and distribute packages and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Assist in training of new hires and current associates.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
