Job summary

Bentley Legacy Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, register arrivals, and deliver outstanding guest service throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, answer questions about hotel amenities and local attractions, and assist with packages and messages.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, ability to stand for long periods, multitasking, basic computer skills including

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field a PLUS.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates with a smile.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel service facilities and hours of operation.
• Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and local attractions.
• Operate Front Desk computer system.
• Receive, log and distribute packages, mail, and messages as needed to guests and meeting rooms.
• Assist in delivering guest items as requested by guests or team members
• Know emergency procedures and assist as required.
• Perform other duties which may include helping coworkers and maintaining cleanliness and safety.
