Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk agents during shift and ensure policy adherence.
• Conduct shift briefings and pre-shifts for staff.
• Handle in-check and out-check procedures per hotel standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email with courtesy and accuracy.
• Perform reservations, cancellations, and rate inquiries; manage transfers as needed.
• Assist in service recovery and escalate issues appropriately.
