Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the front desk for guests during check-in and check-out.
• Acknowledge guests and team members with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Verify reservation details, explain hotel amenities, and note special requests.
• Follow security procedures and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
• Listen to guest feedback and relay issues to management for prompt resolution.
• Monitor arrivals/departures to ensure accuracy and room inventory readiness.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked, including lobby and coffee station.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
