Job summary

Imagine in Minneapolis is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations for exhibits and retail, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

You will supervise frontline staff, assist with scheduling, training, and performance coaching, and maintain safety, policies, and guest service standards.

This onsite role requires leadership, clear communication, problem solving, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth exhibit and retail activity.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Act as a first point of contact for guest questions, concerns, or escalations.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking as needed.
• Provide feedback and coaching to frontline staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Communicate updates, goals, and expectations from management to the team.
• Support the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Assist with implementing promotions, events, and other operational initiatives.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure operational efficiency.
