Job summary

Imagine is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee exhibit and retail operations at its Miami venue. The role focuses on leading teams, optimizing guest experiences, and driving sales with strong operations and cash-control practices.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and maintain safety and high service standards across the venue. The position requires flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing all aspects of an entertainment venue.
• Ability to lead a team toward superior guest service, maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including regular weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Administers day-to-day operations and directs all aspects of the guest experience.
• Manages sales, inventory and POS transactions, including upsell of ancillary products and cash handling.
• Oversees product displays and supports a sales environment.
• Ensures safety, queue management and smooth guest flow throughout the venue.
• Trains and develops staff, hires, and ensures excellent guest service and sales performance.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization and reports on upsells and packages to drive revenue.
• Oversees cash management, deposits, and daily transactions; communicates venue issues to leadership.
