Target in Minneapolis is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader to guide hourly team members and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience. You will plan daily/weekly workload, ensure product availability, and drive operational efficiency across GM areas.

You will lead with a focus on training, accountability, and safety, while aligning with store goals and standards. Excellent communication and team leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Effective communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly atmosphere.
• Ensure every team member is trained and delivers Target guest experience commitments.
• Observe and provide feedback; hold team members accountable.
• Review metrics and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and guest experience.
• Understand sales goals and execute workload to meet department and store goals.
• Lead operations, freshness, accuracy and efficiency.
• Set clear goals with direct leader and hold team accountable.
• Use workload planning tools to complete scheduled workload and keep areas guest-ready.
• Assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and traffic patterns.
• Assess GM backrooms and storefronts to close gaps and resolve issues.
• Ensure product availability for customers to purchase.
• Assist in change initiatives with direct leader guidance.
• Build and develop GM Experts from selection through onboarding and training.
• Demonstrate inclusivity and ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
