Job summary

Imagine is seeking an Assistant Manager for Exhibit and Retail Operations to support the venue’s day-to-day activities and guest experience. The role includes managing staff, sales, inventory, and safety, with authority in the GM’s absence to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling POS transactions, and ensuring exhibits and retail areas meet high standards of service and presentation. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in successfully managing all aspects of an entertainment venue.
• Ability to lead a team toward incomparable guest service, maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours.
• Oversee daily retail operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in day-to-day operations of venue and exhibits.
• Manage sales, inventory, and cash handling with POS system.
• Supervise sales, displays, and guest flow to optimize experience.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to meet service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and reporting of daily operations.
