Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure store procedures are followed, and drive a positive guest experience. You will coach team members, greet customers, and supervise cash handling and POS operations to support daily store goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, cleanliness, and stock levels while addressing guest inquiries and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
