Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store operations and supervise staff across shifts. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality guest experience and upholding company standards.

You will coach employees, greet guests, manage cash processes, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies while supporting management in achieving store objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (floor, stock, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Reliable transportation required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties per management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Keep store housekeeping up to standard.
• Ensure 24/7 guest service execution.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
