Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff and coordinate work processes directed by management. The role focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience and maintaining store operations in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.

You will supervise frontline team members, coach performance, and manage cash, POS transactions, and inventory replenishment while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a retail or service environment.
• Flexibility to work day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform tasks per management directives.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Execute guest service programs 24/7.
• Oversee cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks.
• Ensure products are replenished and stock levels maintained.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors according to guidelines.
