Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff and organize daily work processes to meet management directives. The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and efficient store operations.

You will supervise front-line employees, coach performance, greet guests, and ensure cash and POS procedures are executed accurately while maintaining clean, stocked, and safe premises.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure adherence to duties defined by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ensure safety, security, quality and store policies are followed.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
