Job summary

Global Partners LP in Northampton, MA is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead front-end operations, supervise staff, coach performance, greet guests, and ensure adherence to safety and store policies.

You will operate the POS, manage cash processes, maintain in-stock conditions, and respond to guest inquiries while supporting 24/7 guest service programs.

This role requires flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays, and a High School Diploma; reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure management-directed tasks are performed.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels and deposits.
• Ensure store housekeeping duties are completed and stock is replenished.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
