Job summary

Global Partners LP in Nashua, NH seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to help achieve store objectives by supervising staff and organizing work processes as directed by management.

You will greet guests, coach employees, operate the POS, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage cash handling, replenish stock, and handle guest inquiries while maintaining flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays. This role requires at least a high school diploma and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock, register).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties defined by management.
• Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operation policies.
• Operate the POS in accordance with corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Oversee 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
