Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, supporting the team across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards, coach hourly staff on service and safety, drive sales through guest engagement, and help manage cash, inventory, and labor. A fast-paced, high-energy environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.
