Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on each shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar and events and delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will coach hourly team members, maintain service standards and drive sales through guest engagement and promotions while ensuring safe, smooth operations and accurate labor tracking. This role requires 1–2 years in hospitality and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing experience.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Floor-first leadership style, leading by example on the floor.
• Basic financial awareness including labor and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service and safety.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling and events support.
• Maintain facility readiness and smooth front/back of house operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking.
