Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure tasks are completed per management directives.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels for supervised staff.
• Maintain store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Restock shelves to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and manage vendor check-ins.
