Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff, ensure high-quality customer service, and uphold POS, cash handling and safety standards. The role advances store objectives while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

You will greet guests, supervise daily tasks, process transactions, replenish stock, and address inquiries in a fast-paced retail setting. 18+ with flexible hours and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring all duties are performed as directed.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is maintained.
• Perform 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
