Job summary

Global Partners LP in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, organize work processes, and deliver a welcoming shopping experience. You will coach team members, supervise cash handling, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This role requires flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays, and reliable transportation. You must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 25 lbs as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform job duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and execute guest service programs.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to keep in-stock conditions and address guest inquiries.
