Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure tasks align with management directives.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate POS and manage cash processes including deposits.
• Maintain store housekeeping and safety/compliance.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Address guest inquiries and check in vendors as needed.
