Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and execute management-directed tasks.

You will greet guests, supervise cash handling and POS operations, monitor safety and housekeeping, and address guest inquiries while maintaining in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties directed by management.
