The Assistant Manager will handle store administration, POS and gas console operations, stocking, cash handling, and compliance with all laws, policies, and safety procedures during the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and coaching associates.
• Able to operate POS system and gas console.
• Maintain store conditions and guest experience.
• Able to lift at least 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates, conduct interviews, and support Store Manager.
• Oversee store administration, paperwork, and inventory transfers.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain product displays.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions, coupons, and payments.
• Stock shelves, ensure fresh dip cabinet and proper rotation.
• Monitor security and cash handling procedures to prevent losses.
• Maintain clean, safe store and equipment; document time records.
