Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Manager in Johnson City, TN to lead team members, curate a superior guest experience, and manage onboarding and store operations. This fast-paced role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

You will train and coach staff, conduct audits, support inventories and reporting, and occasionally cover Manager on Duty. Flexible weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality (or 5 years in related management).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide accurate, timely service.
• Lead hospitality standards and educate team members on products and services.
• Support inventories and sales reporting; manage front-end performance with audits.
• Coach and train team members on-the-job and via internal training platform.
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of new hires and manage guest flow.
• Occasionally oversee total store operations or Manager on Duty duties.
