The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Manager in Tennessee to lead a frontline team, curate an outstanding guest experience, and oversee onboarding, training, and daily store operations. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and a passion for excellence in service.

You will be responsible for directing team members, ensuring accurate inventories and timely reporting, and maintaining high standards of hospitality across all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality field; or 5 years in related management roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Lead, coach, and train team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
