Job summary

The Fresh Market in NC is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock, and Inventory Control. You will report to the Store Director, model our values, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience while driving strong daily execution.

This role requires 3+ years of management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and flexibility to work weekends. You will oversee scheduling, staff development, audits, and action plans to maintain high hospitality and store

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, hospitality, or related field.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experience while meeting performance goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce company values of passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork.
• Provide hands-on leadership to Guest Service, Fresh Production, and other ops teams.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor within budgets.
• Be a visible leader on the sales floor, engaging guests and guiding team members.
