Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kentucky to lead daily operations and ensure outstanding Guest experiences. You will supervise and coach shift teams, manage store conditions, and uphold safety, cash handling, and regulatory compliance during your shift.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, interviewing applicants, coordinating with the Store Manager, and maintaining inventory and proper checkout procedures to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced retail team.
• Ability to train and coach shift leaders and guest services staff.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Associate teams to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience during their shift.
• Oversee store administration, scheduling, and daily reports.
• Maintain store conditions, ensure delicious DipSide items and clean, organized service areas.
