Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in our Springboro store. You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered with each interaction.

You will also manage daily store administration and POS/gas transactions, while upholding safety and company policies. Responsibilities include training shift leaders, handling merchandise, and maintaining clean, welcoming facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and gas console.
• Ability to handle transactions and make change accurately.
• Ability to manage time and multitask during shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach associates; schedule and guide performance.
• Handle store administration tasks and weekly reporting.
• Ensure Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered to every guest.
• Prepare dipside items and maintain display cleanliness.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Maintain stock and rotate product to ensure freshness.
• Monitor store safety and security procedures.
• Record timekeeping and customer documents; perform other duties as assigned by management.
