Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and ensure the delivery of the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will supervise associates, coach shift leaders, and handle cash transactions and alcohol/tobacco compliance on a high-volume ice cream and beverage store.

The role requires ensuring store conditions meet brand standards, managing POS and gas sales, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and supervise shift staff.
• Proven ability to train and develop shift leaders and guest services associates.
• Experience ensuring compliance with alcohol/tobacco sales laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate store administration, orders, and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare and serve DipSide items and manage food service quality.
• Operate POS and gas cashier with accurate transactions and change.
• Stock shelves, display cases, and maintain clean, welcoming store environment.
• Monitor safety, cash control, and shrinkage prevention.
• Maintain equipment temperatures and store cleanliness.
• Complete time records and reporting accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
