Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet shoppers and manage the storage buy pick-up process in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role supports both full-time and part-time positions and requires retail experience, clear communication, and basic computer skills. You will assist customers with product questions, ensure secure pickups, and maintain stock per Floor & Decor brand standards while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process
• Manage storage buy pick-up with the company’s car topper program
• Follow phone answering SOP and verify identity of pickup person
• Collect required customer information for pickup and process in POS
• Assist customers with product questions and selections
• Keep products stocked and clean per brand standards
• Uphold safety SOPs for lifting and handling
• Support overall store operations and core Roles
