Job summary

Extended Stay America in Orlando is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. The GSR also handles front desk daily paperwork and follows safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• English proficient communication with guests and vendors
• Ability to operate PMS and audit shift reports
• Follows safety rules, operating & maintenance documents
• Completes routine reports and correspondence
• Performs basic arithmetic in all units of measure
• Exercises good judgment at all times
• Resolves guest-related issues using Make it Right process

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, collect payments per guidelines
• Process reservations and departures efficiently
• Maintain front desk paperwork and enforce safety policies
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts
• Set up and takedown breakfast display
• Keep lobby and front desk area organized and clean
• Promote ESA to convert inquiries into bookings
• Request guest information, identify sales leads, and capture opportunities
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards
• Provide reasonable accommodations for guest requests when possible
• Adhere to all company policies including key control and safety reporting
