Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure a superior guest experience. The role involves assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, and collecting payments according to company procedures.

The GSR will handle front desk daily paperwork, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming lobby and breakfast area while promoting ESA services to drive reservations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to process reservations, registrations, payments and checkouts.
• Basic math and cash handling aptitude.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Answer phones and manage front desk interactions.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger records accurately.
• Keep front desk and lobby areas clean and organized.
• Promote hotel services and convert inquiries into reservations.
