Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Orlando/Kissimmee area property. You will handle check-ins/outs, phone inquiries, payments, and front desk paperwork while upholding safety standards and ESA procedures.

Responsibilities include resolving guest requests via Make it Right, upselling opportunities, maintaining a clean lobby, and assisting with breakfast setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience.
• Ability to operate the property management system and audit reports.
• Proficiency in safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payment.
• Process reservations and maintain front desk paperwork.
• Maintain lobby, front desk area, and guest common spaces to company standards.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right and uphold ESA service culture.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and city ledger accounts per guidelines.
• Assist with breakfast setup and property tours as needed.
