Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and process payments in accordance with company guidelines. The GSR will maintain the front desk area, assist with breakfast setup, promote ESA services, and convert inquiries into reservations.

Strong English communication, basic math, and familiarity with a property management system are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication and guest interaction skills.
• Proficiency with basic math and cash handling.
• Experience with front desk operations and reservations is preferred.
• Comfort with using the PMS and handling guest payments and check-ins/outs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer phones.
• Check guests in and out and process payments.
• Maintain front desk and common area cleanliness.
• Assist with breakfast setup and daily hotel duties.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues politely.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
