Extended Stay America is hiring a Guest Services Representative to assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and payments while maintaining daily front desk operations. The role emphasizes delivering a high guest experience, handling inquiries, and upholding safety and security standards.

The GSR must process payments accurately, maintain front desk paperwork, and support housekeeping and lobby areas as needed to ensure brand standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with front desk or guest services is a plus.
• Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Assist guests, answer phones, and handle check-ins and check-outs.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Manage cash, credit card and city ledger balances accurately.
• Complete daily front desk paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve guest issues using ESA’s Make it Right process with courtesy.
• Maintain organized front desk and lobby areas and contribute to a clean workplace.
• Sell ESA services to inquiries and convert to reservations and occupied rooms.
• Collect guest information and identify potential sales leads.
• Perform tours of the property to ensure brand standards.
• Provide reasonable accommodations for guest requests when possible.
• Adhere to key control and safety reporting policies.
