Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to process reservations, payments and check-ins/outs.
• Comfort with using a property management system and basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with requests and inquiries; respond with follow-through.
• Check guests in and out and handle payments per guidelines.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Complete front office paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas clean and organized.
