Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and payment processing. You will answer phones, assist guests, and maintain front desk operations in line with ESA standards.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, accurate cash handling, and safety compliance. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a clean lobby and positive guest experiences while promoting ESA’s brand and service culture.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests and responds to guest requests with prompt follow‑through.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and guest areas in an organized and clean condition per ESA standards.
• Promote and sell ESA services, converting inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Comply with safety and security policies and report issues promptly.
