Responsibilities

• Provides highest level of service experience to guests during all interactions and aims to meet Forbes Travel Guidelines.
• Communicates and collaborates with departments to personalize guest experiences and handle reservations, folios, and billing questions.
• Reports maintenance issues and guest requests, following up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to health and safety policies while supporting staff development.
• Performs other duties to support efficient department operations.
