Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant who delivers an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced casino environment. Under the direction of the Supervisor, Food & Beverage, you greet guests, coordinate seating, and support front of house and culinary teams.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with food and beverage service, handle cash transactions accurately, and contribute to a Best in Class guest experience aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• 3 months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Related experience may substitute for education when indicated above.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide menus; escort to tables and explain offerings.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, ensuring correct change and adherence to tipping policies.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages; expedite orders and assist with condiments and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and dining rooms; clear tables and sweep/mop as needed.
• Keep stations stocked with condiments, utensils, coffee, and supplies; restock as needed.
• Coordinate seating and activities to provide fast, courteous service and knowledge of daily specials.
• Support cooks at action stations and ensure service standards are met, including periodic tests and briefings.
