Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls regarding check-in and reservations and manage related tasks (inventory, folio, payments, villa keys, guest data).
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide follow-up with owners/guests to confirm satisfaction and identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Enter and report guest experiences using daily software platforms and share insights with department leaders.
