Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a dedicated pool attendant to maintain pool facilities, public areas and restrooms while engaging guests for a memorable vacation experience.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, cleaning and sanitizing areas, restocking towels, and delivering friendly service to owners and guests across the resort.

This on-site role in Orlando, FL emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• General water safety and guest service experience preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR (HICV provides training).
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Consistently enforce all deck and pool safety rules in pool area and pool slides.
• Clean and sanitize tables, patio furniture, exterior clubhouse patio areas, restrooms and other common areas of the pool deck in compliance with company guidelines.
• Remove used guest pool towels from bins and replenish clean stock. Sweep walkways and other pathways to and from resort facilities. Pick up trash as found in common areas, empty trash containers, replace trash bags, as necessary.
• Engage and communicate with owners and guests regarding food & beverage, activities and other functions property–wide while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
