Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and friendly service from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and completely.
