ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer phones, process reservations, and manage payments at our Phoenix airport Tempe property. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to safety and security procedures.

You will maintain a clean front desk area, promote ESA services, and identify sales opportunities while delivering a high level of service to guests and associates.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and vendors.
• Proficient operation of property management system and audit functions.
• Knowledge of safety rules, operating and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math for cash handling and billing.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payments according to guidelines.
• Answer phones, process reservations and registrations, and collect balances.
• Maintain front desk and lobby areas in compliance with standards.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Handle guest information sensitively and pursue sales leads.
