Job summary

Extended Stay America in Scottsdale is seeking a Customer-focused Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, check them in and out, answer phones, and collect payments according to policy. You will complete front desk paperwork and support safety and security standards across the property.

You will manage reservations, assist with breakfast setup, stay organized, and promote ESA offerings to drive occupancy while delivering friendly, professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments per company guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and common areas in compliance with standards.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
