Sunstream Hotels & Resorts in Naples, FL invites applications for a part-time Front Desk Associate at Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour Club. You will check guests in and out, greet guests, and ensure smooth registration during their stay.

Competenze

• Previous guest/customer service and cash handling experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and dedicated commitment to excellence
• Must be available days, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English; bilingual a plus

Mansioni

• Take reservations, greet and register guests, and ensure accurate account settlement during checkout
• Provide outstanding guest service during guests' stay
• Settle guest accounts upon completion of their stay
