Job summary

Sunstream Hotels & Resorts Llc is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Guest Services Associate in Naples, FL to warmly greet guests, handle reservations, and register guests accurately.

You will be responsible for guest settlement at check-out, presenting information clearly to guests and coworkers, and maintaining a high standard of service during all interactions. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous guest/customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and dedicated commitment to excellence.
• Must be available days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English; Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Take reservations, greet and register guests, and provide outstanding guest service during their stay.
• Settle the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
• Provide accurate information to guests, coworkers and visitors.
