Think Hospitality in North Bay Village, FL is seeking a front desk associate to manage guest registrations, check-outs, reservations, cash handling and front office reports. You will interact with guests, coordinate with bell staff and valet, and maintain high service standards.

The role requires excellent communication, English fluency, and the ability to work days, evenings and weekends with a proactive, problem-solving mindset to resolve guest issues and promote guest loyalty.

Formación

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal).
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Customer service oriented with ability to handle guest issues.

Responsabilidades

• Completes the registration by inputting/retrieving guest information, assigns rooms, issues keys and confirms room rate.
• Informs guests about facilities and amenities and provides directions.
• Coordinates luggage delivery with bell staff and valet as needed.
• Performs basic accounting: currency exchange, cash handling, posting to guest folio, adjustments.
• Reviews reports (credit limit, arrivals/departures, discrepancies) and communicates findings to departments.
• Communicates credit issues to revenue-generating departments.
• Greets guests warmly, follows procedures, acknowledges waiting guests, and offers options.
• Communicates guest requests to the appropriate department.
• Fields and resolves guest complaints, conducts research for effective solutions, and involves FO managers as needed.
• Reviews departing guest folios and invites guests back.
• Makes reservations and acts as concierge for directions, transportation, and further accommodation.
