Job summary

Naples Hotel Group seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, oversee reservations, and offer local recommendations. You will ensure a seamless, warm experience from arrival to departure with professional, efficient service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficient in computer use and reservation systems.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Ability to make sound judgments and follow company policies.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with guest satisfaction in mind.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including reservations and room keys.
• Create, modify, and confirm guest reservations accurately.
• Set wake-up calls and answer phone inquiries professionally.
• Log and address guest comments to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide local recommendations on dining, entertainment, and directions.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and public areas.
• Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines and complete required training.
