Job summary

Sunstream Hotels & Resorts at DiamondHead Beach Resort in Fort Myers Beach, FL seeks a Front Desk / Guest Services associate to handle friendly, efficient registration and guest settlement, and to provide accurate information to guests, co-workers and visitors. Candidates must interact courteously, maintain high standards of guest service, and may perform Concierge/Bell Person duties as needed.

A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, and English proficiency is mandatory

Qualifications

• Previous hotel guest services experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English; bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
